A Clear, Safe Path Forward for Your Body and Brain

Many people notice changes as they age, feeling less steady, more cautious, or not quite as sharp as they used to be. Whether you are noticing these shifts in yourself, or looking for a safe, reliable solution for an aging parent or loved one, it is normal to feel unsure of where to start, especially when exercise advice feels confusing, intimidating, or overly generic.

At In Touch Health & Performance, we use exercise as a tool to support brain health, physical strength, balance, and confidence. Our programs are designed specifically for aging adults and are informed by current research around cognitive health, fall prevention, and long-term independence.

You won’t be pushed into workouts that don’t make sense for your body. Instead, we meet you where you are, help you understand what’s going on, and guide you forward with a thoughtful, personalized plan that supports both your body and your brain.

Success Stories

Parker worked with me for about 6 months after I had ACL surgery and had used up all of my physical therapy sessions.

I didn’t feel confident doing it on my own and I was still in rough shape. At first I was worried about the cost, but I can’t imagine where I would be today, physically, without him and it was so worth it. I golf and play pickle ball a few days a week now and I feel so strong, I swear I’m moving better than I was in my 40’s.

Parker took my golf game to the next level! I’ve always had a tight back and shoulders, but I found ways to play around that over the years.

When I first started working with Parker I knew I would get some extra distance from the power training we were doing, but I had no idea how much my flexibility was going to improve at the same time. He does a great job explaining the “why” behind the exercises and breathing drills. Physically, I feel amazing and my mental game has improved too from a lot of what Parker taught me about how to control my breath and my nervous system. It’s the total package working with him!

I’ve been dealing with debilitating back pain since 2010 and working with Parker has finally gotten me relief and given me hope that I can be pain free some day.

I feel lucky that I met Parker when I did and trusted him to help me because it’s truly the first thing that has helped in 10+ years. If you’re in pain and feel like you’ve tried everything, get in touch with Parker – I can’t recommend him enough!

I love training with Parker. The workouts are fun and challenging and it’s a great facility.

Aside from the workouts, the biggest benefit I’ve found has been from how he coaches and teaches about all the other aspects of my health. I appreciate being present now and I never knew how important breathing was. I’ve recommended many of my friends and family to Parker over the years and they’ve all had similar experiences. And walking! He talks about walking a lot and now it’s one of my favorite parts of the day.

10/10 would recommend Parker! My entire mentality around health changed since I started training with him.

I’m going through menopause and he has been such a valuable resource. I was kind of shocked at first about how much he knew about Women’s Health, but I can see how much of a difference it has made. He’s able to look at everything we do through a lens that benefits me and there is a sense of safety knowing he has my best interest at heart. Two of my friends are working with him now too and they love it which should tell you everything you need to know!
